We provide paid strike-off samples only, which are required for color, scale, and print approval prior to production.
Strike-offs are printed fabric samples used to confirm:
Approved strike-offs become the final reference standard for production and reorders.

Color is matched to the approved strike-off, not digital files, screens, or Pantone references.
Minor color variation within industry-standard tolerances is normal and not considered a defect.
Reorders are matched to the approved strike-off using controlled color management.

All goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt and before cutting, washing, sewing, or processing.
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Once fabric is cut, washed, sewn, or altered in any way, it is considered fully accepted.
