SOFI does not operate as a retail fabric store and does not support one-off consumer orders.

SOFI provides fabric printing services exclusively for apparel brands, manufacturers, and businesses producing goods for resale.

This service is not intended for:

  • Hobbyists or DIY projects
  • Print-on-demand or consumer fulfillment
  • One-off personal orders
  • Etsy or marketplace sellers

If you are not producing at scale, this service is not a fit.

Our minimums are structured for production use:

  • Strike-off samples: 3–10 yards
  • Production runs: 25 yards minimum per design
  • Reorders: Subject to prior approval and production history

We do not provide public browsing or retail-style fabric catalogs.
Fabric access is available only as part of the quoting and production process, based on print method and end use.

Yes, for approved projects.

SOFI imports and warehouses select fabric bases to support production printing.
Fabric availability is reviewed after qualification, not before.

We are not a sourcing agent or jobber.

No.

We provide paid strike-off samples only, which are required for color, scale, and print approval prior to production.

Strike-offs are printed fabric samples used to confirm:

  • Color accuracy
  • Scale
  • Print clarity
  • Fabric behavior

Approved strike-offs become the final reference standard for production and reorders.

No.

Color is matched to the approved strike-off, not digital files, screens, or Pantone references.
Minor color variation within industry-standard tolerances is normal and not considered a defect.

Reorders are matched to the approved strike-off using controlled color management.

Slight variation between production runs may occur and is considered acceptable.

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • File dimensions
  • Resolution
  • Repeat size
  • Color setup
  • Pattern alignment

SOFI prints files exactly as approved. Artwork errors are not grounds for claims.

Production-ready files only

  •  TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI
  • 300 DPI at final print size
  •  Fonts outlined or embedded

Files not meeting requirements may delay production

All goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt and before cutting, washing, sewing, or processing.

Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Once fabric is cut, washed, sewn, or altered in any way, it is considered fully accepted.

No claims, credits, or reprints will be issued after processing.

All printed fabric is custom and made-to-order. Returns are not accepted.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once:

  • A strike-off is approved, or
  • Production has begun

All approvals are final.

If a verified issue is reported within the claim window, SOFI’s liability is limited to reprinting or crediting the affected fabric only

We do not cover:

  • Garment production costs
  • Labor
  • Lost sales
  • Delays
  • Consequential damages

Fabric behavior such as shrinkage, stretch, drape, and hand feel varies by base and finishing.

Customers are responsible for testing materials for end use prior to full production.

Production is U.S.-based. International shipping may be available for qualified orders.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, we ship throughout the United States.

No. We ship to commercial and residential street addresses only.

Ship dates depend on:

  • File readiness
  •  Proof approval
  • Fabric availability
  • Production queue

Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quoting and confirmed after approval.

Expedited shipping may be available after production is complete.
We do not rush production timelines beyond approved schedules

Sales tax is applied where required by law unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file prior to invoicing.

Provide your valid California resale certificate during the quoting or onboarding process.
Certificates must be approved before tax exemption is applied.

We do not offer retail sales, custom sewing, or consumer services.

All orders are subject to SOFI’s Production Policy.
Fabric must be inspected prior to cutting or use. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
